This may seem ridiculous, but I have never actually made my own mac and cheese from scratch, but after some close friends gave me their own special recipe at my wedding I had to make it! I had a little dinner for a couple girlfriends and we had this amazing mac and cheese, a tasty salad and plenty of grapes including scuppernong grapes! So yummy We made it again the next day so husband could have some too.
